Join APO

Joining Alpha Phi Omega is an incredible opportunity to participate in a variety of community service opportunities, meet new and interesting people, and gain leadership experience. When you choose to join APO, you’re becoming part of the largest collegiate greek-letter organization in the nation – a whole network of brothers committed to the same core values of leadership, friendship, and service.

Interested? Joining is easy. Rush happens every quarter, and usually starts in the second or third week. We announce all information via our Facebook page, and also post flyers around campus. Winter rush has unfortunately ended, but please feel free to reach out to us with questions about future recruitment.

Everyone is welcome, including freshmen and members of other fraternities and sororities. During rush week, you’ll get to know the current members, make some friends, and find out more about APO. We look forward to meeting you!

As a member of Alpha Phi Omega, you’ll be expected to attend a weekly chapter meeting, to participate in service and fellowship events, and participate in a leadership activity. Generally, it will be easy to exceed the established requirements because of the numerous events our service and fellowship vice presidents plan. While there is a membership fee, it is much less than social fraternities and sororities because we do not have a house to maintain.
